Not too long ago, I struggled with how to train for both physique development and athletic performance.
Every time I’d focus on one, the other slipped off - leaving me frustrated and confused. I tried everything, but I just ended up spinning my wheels.

This includes soccer, basketball, Hyrox competitors, or anyone aiming to get stronger, faster, and leaner. Over 10 days, participants will work through concise and actionable material on topics such as:

Nutritional strategies for fueling performance while improving body composition.
How to adapt training and nutrition plans for different phases of the season.
